1. Where do the clothes get washed?
Wake Wash is proud to have been partnering with Salem Dry Cleaners for the past three years. Salem Dry Cleaners is a local family owned dry cleaning company located five minutes from campus on Reynolda Road.
2. What days does Wake Wash pick up?
We pick up laundry every Tuesday morning between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Your laundry bag should be left outside your door before 8:00 AM on days when it is being picked up.
3. When does Wake Wash return the clean laundry?
All of you fresh, clean laundry will be returned (in your Wake Wash laundry bag) on Thursdays between 11 AM and 3 PM.
4. When and where can I pickup my laundry bag?
We will personally distribute all laundry bags before service begins.
5. Do I have to live in the residence halls to sign up for Wake Wash?
Wake Wash delivers to all locations on the Wake Forest campus. This includes residence halls as well as student and faculty apartments.
6. Is there a limit to the amount of laundry I can have washed each week?
Yes. You are allowed up to 30 lbs of laundry per week, but don't worry about weighing it... we'll work with you to ensure you don't go over on your weight limit. The first overstuffing is on us.
7. Does Wake Wash provide dry cleaning services?
All laundry packages include a dry cleaning bag as well as free pick-up and delivery. The cost of dry cleaning is on a pay per item basis. Please check the serivces and plans page for more specific pricing information.
